Our service desk is manned 24/7 with continuous engineer coverage which includes our recently introduced twilight and overnight service provisions. We operate to very high SLA levels and can offer periodic reporting with financial linked costs of your equipment & plant. One of our core beliefs is to provide you with high quality engineers and we actively train our engineers throughout their careers, from full Modern apprenticeships to Equipment manufacturer training in addition to our in house training. Our training room is not only used by our engineers but can also accommodate your staff may you need operator training on a specific piece of equipment which can in turn lower your running costs of that equipment.
